CAREERS: Sales Support Representative

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for supporting the Sales Department by providing administrative support to the sales team and home office. The Sales Support Representative follows up with sales representatives, completes sales orders, processes sales leads, and answers the phone in a timely manner and directs calls to the appropriate offices.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-2 years Sales Support or Customer Service experience required, call center experience a plus
  • Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES:

  • Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Must be able to work with a minimum amount of supervision
  • Ability to communicate effectively – both in written and verbal form
  • Flexibility to adapt and thrive in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
